Shipping policy
We offer two shipping options:
Standard insured delivery: 7–18 business days.
Express insured delivery: 5–12 business days, depending on the destination.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Some products are made on demand and may require up to 7 business days before shipment.
Delivery timeframes begin after the order has been shipped. Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other logistical factors.
Seasonal Delays
Between November 15 and February 15, increased global carrier demand may result in delivery delays. These delays are outside our control, and we appreciate your understanding during this period.
Failed Delivery & Refund Policy
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or due to recipient unavailability, the responsibility for the failed delivery rests with the customer. In such cases, once the package is returned to our distribution center, only 50% of the order value will be refunded, as international shipping and handling costs have already been incurred.
