Refund policy
⚠️ IMPORTANT: All requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be made exclusively via email to: contact@korrazo.com. Requests made through any other channel will not be processed.
1. General 30-Day Guarantee
Our 30-day guarantee applies only to defective items or cases where the wrong size/color was sent.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the product details and size chart before completing a purchase.
2. Right of Withdrawal (European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, and Italy)
In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers in the EU, UK, Norway, Iceland, and Italy may return their order within 14 calendar days after delivery, without justification.
The customer is responsible for paying the full cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be completed within 7 business days after the product is delivered to the return address provided.
The return address will be shared only upon a valid request submitted to contact@korrazo.com
3. Returns Outside the EU, UK, Norway, Iceland, and Italy
For all other countries, if the customer is not satisfied with the product (e.g., wrong size, preference, change of mind), due to the high cost of international return shipping, we generally do not require the product to be returned.
Instead:
A refund will be issued with a 40% deduction from the total order value. This amount is considered a shipping reimbursement, since the customer would otherwise be responsible for return shipping.
Customers may be asked to provide video or photographic proof of the product’s destruction before the refund is approved.
4. Alternative Option (All Countries)
In all cases, customers may alternatively be offered a 50% refund of the total order value, with no return or destruction of products required. This option may be applied depending on the situation.
5. Failed Delivery & Refund Policy
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or due to recipient unavailability, the responsibility for the failed delivery rests with the customer. In such cases, once the package is returned to our distribution center, only 50% of the order value will be refunded, as international shipping and handling costs have already been incurred.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products (such as special orders)
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

8. Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will always be made to the same payment method used at checkout.
If the original card/account has been canceled or is no longer valid, the customer must contact their bank or payment provider to resolve the matter.
Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after our team explicitly confirms the refund by email.
⚠️ Please note: this timeframe refers to the moment we process the refund on our platform. The actual time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies and may take additional days.
The initial reply acknowledging a refund request does not constitute confirmation. Only an explicit confirmation email from our team will start the refund timeline.
